The Maumelle Charter Falcons baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Cross County Thunderbirds to 0 in the Falcons non-league win on Friday.

The Falcons now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they host Rose Bud for a 3A Region 6 test on Tuesday, April 1. Maumelle Charter will play a Ramblers team coming off a 13-5 non-league loss to Dardanelle (Dardanelle, AR). The Ramblers record now stands at 9-4.

With the defeat, Cross County drops to 3-7 on the year. The Thunderbirds host Melbourne (Melbourne, AR) to play the Bearkatz in a non-league test on Friday, March 28. The Bearkatz go into the test with a record of 7-0.
