The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the West Feliciana Saints (St. Francisville, LA) and the visiting Doyle Tigers (Livingston, LA), saw West Feliciana's baseball team gain a win over Doyle by a tally of 6-0.

The Saints (17-7) will now prepare for their battle against Port Barre (Port Barre, LA). The Red Devils enter the non-league battle with a 5-14 record. In their last battle, Port Barre was overwhelmed by Erath (Erath, LA), 10-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Tigers face the Sumner Cowboys (Kentwood, LA) in a 3A District 8 battle, on Tuesday, April 1. Doyle will attempt to upgrade on its 13-15 season record. The Cowboys enter the battle with a 11-9 record after their 16-1 non-league win over South Plaquemines (Buras, LA).
