The Konawa Tigers baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Elmore City-Pernell Badgers to 3 in the Tigers league win on Friday.
The Tigers now own a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they host Wilson for a non-league test on Saturday, March 29. Konawa will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 12-4 non-league win over Tipton (Tipton, OK). The Eagles record now stands at 4-3.
With the defeat, Elmore City-Pernell drops to 3-10 on the year. The Badgers travel to Healdton (Healdton, OK) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, March 31. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 2-8. Healdton lost 13-0 in their recent non-league test against Turner (Burneyville, OK)
