In Friday's non-league bout, the Triad Knights (Troy, IL) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Glenwood Titans (Chatham, IL), by a tally of 12-6.
Next up, the Knights encounter the Vianney Golden Griffins (Kirkwood, MO) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 29. Triad will attempt to upgrade on its 5-0 season record. The Golden Griffins enter the bout with a 4-0 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Lindbergh (St. Louis, MO).
The Titans (3-1) will now prepare for their bout against Springfield (Springfield, IL). The Senators enter the Central State Eight bout with a 3-3 record. In their last bout, Springfield was overwhelmed by Glenwood (Chatham, IL), 13-0, in a non-league bout.
