The Maumelle Hornets triumphed over the host Harmony Grove Hornets baseball squad by a score of 13-0 in Friday's non-league outing.
Next up, the Hornets encounter the Parkview Patriots (Little Rock, AR) in a 5A Central outing, on Tuesday, April 1. Maumelle will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Patriots enter the outing with a 0-4 record after their 14-4 non-league loss to Riverview (Searcy, AR).
The Hornets (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Prescott (Prescott, AR). The Curley Wolves enter the non-league outing with a 2-7 record. In their last outing, Prescott was overwhelmed by Parkers Chapel (El Dorado, AR), 12-4, in a non-league outing.
