The Hartselle Tigers baseball team scored 10 runs and held the host St. Edward Eagles to 0 in the Tigers non-league win on Friday.
The Tigers now own a 18-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Auburn for a non-league test on Friday, March 28. Hartselle will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 11-5 non-league loss to Hoover (Hoover, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 12-9.
With the defeat, St. Edward drops to 0-2 on the year. The Eagles host Mountain Brook (Birmingham, AL) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league test on Saturday, March 29. The Spartans go into the test with a record of 16-5. Mountain Brook won 9-3 in their recent non-league test against Lincoln County (Fayetteville, TN)
