In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Roanoke-Benson/Lowpoint-Washburn Rockets baseball team scored a close 3-1 win over the Peoria Christian Chargers.
The Rockets (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Dwight (Dwight, IL). The Trojans go into the Tri-County game with a 5-2 record. In their last game, Dwight nudged Lanphier (Springfield, IL), 20-6, in a non-league game.
