In Friday's non-league bout, the Winchendon Wapiti (Winchendon, MA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Pope Francis Prep Cardinals (Springfield, MA), by a tally of 10-0.
Next up, the Wapiti encounter the Noble & Greenough Bulldogs (Dedham, MA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 1. Winchendon will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 18-1 non-league loss to John Carroll (Bel Air, MD).
