St. Charles (Waldorf, MD) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Thomas Stone Cougars (Waldorf, MD), 17-5 in a league match.

With the triumph, St. Charles advances its record to 1-3 on the season. The host Friendship Collegiate Academy (Washington, DC) to battle the Knights in a non-league match on Monday, March 31. The Knights come into the match with a record of 0-0.

The Cougars now have a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Huntingtown for a Southern Maryland match on Friday, April 4.
