California High School Volleyball - Menlo-Atherton edged by Junipero Serra

The Menlo-Atherton Bears volleyball squad (Atherton, CA), was edged 3-2 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Junipero Serra Padres (San Mateo, CA)

With the win, Junipero Serra improves its record to 10-9 on the season. The Padres travel to Berkeley (Berkeley, CA) to encounter the Yellowjackets in a non-league battle on Saturday, March 29. The Yellowjackets go into the battle with a record of 3-6. Berkeley lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against San Leandro (San Leandro, CA)

The Bears now own a 19-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monterey Trail for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 29. Menlo-Atherton will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-3.
