Georgia High School Soccer - Clarke Central nudges Apalachee

In Friday's league outing, the host Clarke Central Gladiators soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Apalachee Wildcats.
The Gladiators (4-7) will now prepare for their outing against Alcovy (Covington, GA). The Tigers go into the 5A Region 8 outing with a 4-5 record. In their last outing, Alcovy got by Putnam County (Eatonton, GA), 7-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Wildcats play the Morgan County Bulldogs (Madison, GA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, April 1. Apalachee will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 7-2 record after their 2-1 league win over Callaway (Hogansville, GA).
