Carlinville Cavaliers (Carlinville, IL) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Riverton/Tri-City Hawks (Riverton, IL), 8-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Carlinville moves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Auburn (Auburn, IL) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 1.
