Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Oceanside Collegiate Academy Landsharks (Mt. Pleasant, SC) and the visiting Westminster Wildcats (Atlanta, GA), saw Oceanside Collegiate Academy's soccer squad knock off Westminster by a count of 3-0.
The Landsharks (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Orangeburg-Wilkinson (Orangeburg, SC). The Bruins enter the AAA Region 6 battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Orangeburg-Wilkinson by Battery Creek (Beaufort, SC), 12-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Wildcats battle the Waccamaw Warriors (Pawley's Island, SC) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 29. Westminster will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Warriors enter the battle with a 5-6 record after their 9-1 league win over Marlboro County (Bennettsville, SC).
