California High School Baseball - Bonita Vista edges Coronado

The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Bonita Vista Barons (Chula Vista, CA) and the visiting Coronado Islanders (Coronado, CA), saw Bonita Vista's baseball team gain a win over Coronado by a tally of 4-1.

The Barons (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against El Capitan (Lakeside, CA). The Vaqueros enter the non-league battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, El Capitan by Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA), 8-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Islanders face the San Ysidro Cougars (San Diego, CA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, April 9. Coronado will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
