The Lincoln Park Lions baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Lake View Wildcats to 0 in the Lions non-league win on Friday.
The Lions now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Simeon for a non-league test on Saturday, March 29. Lincoln Park will play a Wolverines team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Andrew (Tinley Park, IL). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Lake View drops to 1-3 on the year. The Wildcats host Disney II (Chicago, IL) to play the Titans in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 2. The Titans go into the test with a record of 0-0.
