The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the James Buchanan Rockets (Mercersburg, PA) and the host Delone Catholic Squires (McSherrystown, PA), observed James Buchanan's softball team get by Delone Catholic by a tally of 6-3.

The Rockets (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA). The Mustangs go into the non-league bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, West Perry was routed by Trinity (Camp Hill, PA), 12-3, in a non-league bout.

Coming up next, the Squires encounter the Big Spring Bulldogs (Newville, PA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, April 4. Delone Catholic will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
