The Columbus Explorers (Miami, FL) lacrosse routed the host Calvary Christian Academy Eagles (Fort Lauderdale, FL), 14-5 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Explorers now own a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they host Gulliver Prep for a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 1. Columbus will face a Raiders squad coming off a 17-6 non-league win over Lawrence Academy (Groton, MA). The Raiders record now stands at 7-5.
With the loss, Calvary Christian Academy falls to 9-3 on the year. The Eagles host Cardinal Gibbons (Fort Lauderdale, FL) to face the Chiefs in a 1A D14 outing on Tuesday, April 1. The Chiefs go into the outing with a record of 2-11. Cardinal Gibbons lost 10-4 in their recent league outing against North Broward Prep (Coconut Creek, FL)
