The Matanzas Pirates lacrosse team (Palm Coast, FL), was overwhelmed 15-3 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Fleming Island Golden Eagles (Orange Park, FL)

With the victory, Fleming Island advances its record to 6-7 on the season. The Golden Eagles host Buchholz (Gainesville, FL) to encounter the Bobcats in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 2. The Bobcats come into the battle with a record of 7-8. Buchholz lost 16-7 in their recent non-league battle against Episcopal School of Jacksonville (Jacksonville, FL)
