In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Middle Township Panthers lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-3 triumph over the Highland Regional Tartans.

The Panthers (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Triton (Runnemede, NJ). The Mustangs go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Triton was overwhelmed by Cedar Creek (Egg Harbor City, NJ), 6-5, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tartans clash with the Absegami Braves (Galloway, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 31. Highland Regional will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Braves go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 13-3 non-league loss to Haddon Township (Westmont, NJ).
