The IMG Academy Black Ascenders triumphed over the host Trinity-Pawling School Pride lacrosse team by a tally of 17-4 in Friday's non-league match.
Next up, the Ascenders confront the Wheaton Academy Warriors (West Chicago, IL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, April 1. IMG Academy Black will attempt to improve on its 8-0 season record.
The Pride (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Loomis Chaffee School (Windsor, CT). The Pelicans come into the Western New England Division 1 match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Loomis Chaffee School was overwhelmed by Salisbury School (Salisbury, CT), 8-5, in a non-league match.
