Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the visiting West Springfield Spartans (Springfield, VA), 9-3 in a league battle.

With the victory, Lake Braddock advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Bruins travel to Westfield (Chantilly, VA) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Saturday, March 29. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 1-2. Westfield won 3-2 in their recent non-league battle against Woodson (Fairfax, VA)

The Spartans now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Washington-Liberty for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 2. West Springfield will encounter a Generals team coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Oakton (Vienna, VA). The Generals record now stands at 3-1.
