The Smyrna Eagles lacrosse squad scored 14 points and limited the visiting Newark Charter School Patriots to 5 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Delaware Military Academy for a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 1. Smyrna will face a Seahawks squad coming off a 15-3 non-league loss to Sanford (Hockessin, DE). The Seahawks record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Newark Charter School falls to 0-2 on the year. The Patriots travel to Wilmington Christian (Hockessin, DE) to face the Warriors in a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 1. The Warriors go into the outing with a record of 0-0.
