The Stoneham Spartans (Stoneham, MA) lacrosse nudged the visiting Northeast Metro RVT Knights (Wakefield, MA), 7-6 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Spartans now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Winchester for a Middlesex outing on Thursday, April 3. Stoneham will face a Red & Black squad coming off a 19-1 league win over Wilmington (Wilmington, MA). The Red & Black record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Northeast Metro RVT falls to 0-1 on the year. The Knights host Winthrop (Winthrop, MA) to face the Vikings in a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 2. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 0-0.
