The Episcopal Knights softball squad (Baton Rouge, LA), was routed 10-0 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Newman Greenies (New Orleans, LA)

With the triumph, Newman improves its record to 6-6 on the year. The Greenies host Thomas Jefferson (Gretna, LA) to face the in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 1. The enter the contest with a record of 4-10. Thomas Jefferson lost 17-7 in their recent league contest against Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy (Westwego, LA)

The Knights now hold a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to McGehee for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 29.
