Virginia High School Softball - Green Run can't get by Norfolk Academy

The Norfolk Academy Bulldogs edged the visiting Green Run Stallions softball squad by a count of 17-16 in Friday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs play the Atlantic Shores Christian Seahawks (Chesapeake, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 31. Norfolk Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Seahawks enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 10-7 non-league loss to Peninsula Catholic (Newport News, VA).
The Stallions (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Salem (Virginia Beach, VA). The Sundevils enter the Beach challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Salem was nudged by First Colonial (Virginia Beach, VA), 8-4, in a league challenge.
