Mississippi High School Softball - Stringer bounces Jefferson Davis County

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Stringer Red Devils (Stringer, MS) and the visiting Jefferson Davis County Jaguars (Bassfield, MS), observed Stringer's softball squad top Jefferson Davis County by a count of 11-0.

Next, the Red Devils meet the Sumrall Bobcats (Sumrall, MS) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 31. Stringer will attempt to upgrade on its 11-3 season record. The Bobcats go into the test with a 17-5 record after their 12-2 non-league win over Lawrence County (Monticello, MS).

The Jaguars (7-1) will now prepare for their test against Seminary (Seminary, MS). The Bulldogs go into the 3A Region 6 test with a 8-9 record.
