The Marshall County Marshals the host Johnston City Indians softball squad by a count of 6-3 in Friday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Marshals play the Murphysboro Red Devils (Murphysboro, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 28. Marshall County will attempt to upgrade on its 10-1 season record. The Red Devils enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 13-0 non-league loss to Marion (Marion, IL).

The Indians (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against McCracken County (Paducah, KY). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, McCracken County edged Ballard Memorial (Barlow, KY), 12-2, in a non-league challenge.
