Nevada High School Softball - Woodcreek bounces McQueen

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Woodcreek Timberwolves (Roseville, CA) and the host McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV), observed Woodcreek's softball team get by McQueen by a tally of 8-2.

The Timberwolves (12-4) will now prepare for their bout against Heritage (Brentwood, CA). The Patriots go into the non-league bout with a 1-3 record. In their last bout, Heritage tipped Arroyo (San Lorenzo, CA), 7-6, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Lancers clash with the Bishop Manogue Miners (Reno, NV) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 29. McQueen will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Miners go into the test with a 6-4 record after their 5-5 non-league James Logan (Union City, CA).
