Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Beatrice Orangemen (Beatrice, NE) and the visiting Fairbury Jeffs (Fairbury, NE), saw Beatrice's baseball squad knock off Fairbury by a count of 24-1.

Coming up next, the Orangemen play the Elkhorn North (Elkhorn, NE) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 31. Beatrice will attempt to move on its 6-0 season record. The enter the battle with a 3-3 record after their 15-5 non-league win over Roncalli Catholic (Omaha, NE).
