The Gallup Bengals baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Rehoboth Christian Lynx to 0 in the Bengals non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Bengals (3-6) will now prepare for their match against Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM). The Broncos go into the 4A District 1 match with a 9-5 record.
The Lynx (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Navajo Prep (Farmington, NM). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 2-10 record. In their last match, Navajo Prep was overwhelmed by Shiprock (Shiprock, NM), 15-5, in a non-league match.
