The Kellis Cougars volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host McClintock Chargers to 0 in the Cougars non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cougars now have a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Verrado for a non-league game on Wednesday, March 30. Kellis will meet a Vipers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Sunrise Mountain (Peoria, AZ). The Vipers record now stands at 6-5.
The Chargers (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Central (Phoenix, AZ). The Bobcats enter the non-league game with a 0-5 record. In their last game, Central dropped by Canyon View (Waddell, AZ), 3-0, in a non-league game.
