Oregon High School Softball - Yreka bounces Eagle Point

Yreka Miners (Yreka, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Eagle Point Eagles (Eagle Point, OR), 16-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Miners now own a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Phoenix for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 1. Yreka will battle a Pirates squad coming off a 14-1 non-league loss to Yreka (Yreka, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Eagle Point falls to 0-1 on the campaign.
