The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Lowndes Vikings (Valdosta, GA) and the visiting Brantley County Herons (Nahunta, GA), saw Lowndes's soccer squad beat Brantley County by a margin of 5-1.
The Vikings now sport a 4-10 record. They play next when they host Colquitt County for a AAAAAAA Region 1 test on Friday, April 1. Lowndes will meet a Packers squad coming off a 12-2 non-league win over Valdosta (Valdosta, GA). The Packers record now stands at 9-3.
With the loss, Brantley County drops to 1-13 on the season. The Herons host McIntosh County Academy (Darien, GA) to meet the Buccaneers in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 30. The Buccaneers come into the test with a record of 1-11. McIntosh County Academy lost 6-1 in their recent league test against Claxton (Claxton, GA)
