Jefferson County Warriors (Louisville, GA) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Thomson Bulldogs (Thomson, GA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors confront the Putnam County War Eagles (Eatonton, GA) in a AA Region 4 challenge, on Thursday, March 31. Jefferson County will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record. The War Eagles enter the challenge with a 10-2 record after their 8-1 league win over Westside (Augusta, GA).
The Bulldogs now possess a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Academy of Richmond County for a AAA Region 4 challenge on Wednesday, March 30. Thomson will confront a Musketeers team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Harlem (Harlem, GA). The Musketeers record now stands at 8-4.
