The Sparta Trojans softball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Clever Blue Jays to 5 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Sparta improves its record to 6-0 on the year. The Trojans host Kennett (Kennett, MO) to clash with the Indians in a non-league game on Friday, April 1. The Indians come into the game with a record of 1-0.
In their next game, the Blue Jays clash with the Ash Grove Pirates (Ash Grove, MO) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 31. Clever will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
