The Manchester Greyhounds (Manchester, OH) softball nipped the visiting Eastern Warriors (Sardinia, OH), 1-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Greyhounds (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Whiteoak (Mowrystown, OH). The Wildcats go into the Southern Hills Athletic bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Whiteoak was edged by Felicity-Franklin (Felicity, OH), 11-5, in a non-league bout.

The Warriors now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Fayetteville-Perry for a Southern Hills Athletic bout on Thursday, March 31. Eastern will confront a Rockets squad coming off a 14-5 non-league loss to New Richmond (New Richmond, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 1-1.
