The Wallkill Panthers softball team scored 36 runs and limited the visiting Fallsburg Comets to 0 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Wallkill improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Panthers host Spackenkill (Poughkeepsie, NY) to clash with the Spartans in a Mid Hudson Athletic game on Friday, April 1. The Spartans come into the game with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Comets clash with the Ellenville Blue Devils (Ellenville, NY) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 1. Fallsburg will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
