Kentucky High School Softball - Larue County bounces Metcalfe County

March 29, 2022: Hodgenville, KY 42748

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Larue County Hawks (Hodgenville, KY) and the visiting Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY), saw Larue County's softball squad achieve victory over Metcalfe County by a count of 14-4.

The Hawks now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host North Hardin for a non-league match on Wednesday, March 30.

With the loss, Metcalfe County falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Hornets host Cumberland County (Burkesville, KY) to face the Panthers in a District 16 match on Tuesday, April 12. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 1-1.
