The Allentown Central Catholic Vikings baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Stroudsburg Mountaineers to 2 in the Vikings non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Vikings (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Notre Dame-Green Pond (Easton, PA). The Crusaders go into the non-league match with a 0-5 record. In their last match, Notre Dame-Green Pond was overwhelmed by Palisades (Kintnersville, PA), 10-9, in a league match.

The Mountaineers (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA). The Buckhorns go into the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Wallenpaupack Area edged Wyoming Valley West (Plymouth, PA), 3-2, in a non-league match.
