The Avalon Black Knights baseball team scored 26 runs and limited the visiting Takoma Academy Tigers to 0 in the Black Knights non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Black Knights (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Goretti (Hagerstown, MD). The Gael go into the non-league match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Goretti was overwhelmed by Fairfax HomeSchool (Fairfax, VA), 3-2, in a league match.
The Tigers (0-1) will now prepare for their match against DC International (Washington, DC). The Dragons go into the non-league match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, DC International gained a win over Ron Brown (Washington, DC), 7-3, in a non-league match.
