North Carolina High School Baseball - Currituck County loses to Great Bridge

The Great Bridge Wildcats the host Currituck County Knights baseball team by a count of 6-2 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Oscar Smith for a Southeastern bout on Thursday, March 30. Great Bridge will face a Tigers team coming off a 8-1 league loss to Hickory (Chesapeake, VA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-3.

Next, the Knights face the Manteo Redskins (Manteo, NC) in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A bout, on Friday, March 31. Currituck County will attempt to move on its 7-2 season record. The Redskins enter the bout with a 3-7 record after their 12-4 league loss to Currituck County (Barco, NC).
