The Lackey Chargers baseball team (Indian Head, MD), was overwhelmed 10-0 in Wednesday's league outing with the visiting Patuxent Panthers (Lusby, MD)

The Panthers now hold a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northern for a Southern Maryland outing on Thursday, March 30. Patuxent will confront a Patriots team coming off a 6-4 league loss to North Point (Waldorf, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 1-5.

In their next game, the Chargers battle the North Point Eagles (Waldorf, MD) in a Southern Maryland test, on Friday, March 31. Lackey will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 2-2 record after their 6-4 league win over Northern (Owings, MD).
