The Mount Pleasant Tigers baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Parkwood Wolf Pack to 2 in the Tigers non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Tigers (7-1) will now prepare for their match against Cox Mill (Concord, NC). The Chargers go into the non-league match with a 6-3 record. In their last match, Cox Mill was overwhelmed by Mooresville (Mooresville, NC), 11-7, in a league match.
The Wolf Pack (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Forest Hills (Marshville, NC). The Yellow Jackets go into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Forest Hills Parkwood (Monroe, NC), 0-0, in a non-league match.
