The Freeman Mavericks lacrosse team scored 12 points and limited the visiting Albemarle Patriots to 3 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Mavericks (5-0) will now prepare for their game against Godwin (Richmond, VA). The Eagles enter the Colonial game with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Godwin achieved victory over Hanover (Mechanicsville, VA), 7-4, in a non-league battle.

The Patriots now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Western Albemarle for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 11.
