The Nativity BVM Green Wave (Pottsville, PA) softball triumphed over the host Lincoln Leadership Academy Lions (Allentown, PA), 22-3 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Green Wave now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wilson Area for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 30. Nativity BVM will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 9-7 league loss to Bangor (Bangor, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Lincoln Leadership Academy falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Lions host Weatherly (Weatherly, PA) to battle the in a Schuylkill III challenge on Friday, March 31. The enter the challenge with a record of 0-1. Weatherly lost 7-1 in their recent league challenge against Marian Catholic (Tamaqua, PA)
