The crowd at Wednesday's non-league match between the Loris Lions (Loris, SC) and the host Madison Blue Streaks (Madison, OH), saw Loris's softball squad achieve victory over Madison by a count of 15-3.

The Lions now sport a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Manning for a AAA Region 7 match on Thursday, March 30. Loris will face a Monarchs squad coming off a 19-0 league loss to Aynor (Aynor, SC). The Monarchs record now stands at 0-4.

With the loss, Madison falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Blue streaks host Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH) to face the Bombers in a Western Reserve match on Monday, April 3. The Bombers enter the match with a record of 0-0.
