The San Tan Foothills Sabercats softball team (Queen Creek, AZ), was routed 17-7 in Wednesday's non-league test with the host Ray Bearcats (Kearny, AZ)

Coming up next, the Bearcats clash with the Leading Edge Academy - GEC Spartans (Gilbert, AZ) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 31. Ray will attempt to improve on its 11-4 season record. The Spartans come into the test with a 0-7 record after their 25-12 non-league loss to Madison Highland Prep (Phoenix, AZ).

The Sabercats (1-7) will now prepare for their test against American Leadership Academy - Ironwood (Ironwood, AZ). The Warriors come into the 3A South Central test with a 11-4 record. In their last test, American Leadership Academy - Ironwood overcame Benjamin Franklin (Queen Creek, AZ), 4-2, in a league test.
