In Friday's non-league game, the host Berryhill Chiefs baseball team scored a tight 5-4 victory over the Grove Ridgerunners.
The Chiefs (12-6) will now prepare for their game against Dewey (Dewey, OK). The Bulldoggers go into the 4A District 6 game with a 9-9 record. In their last game, Dewey tipped Jay (Jay, OK), 14-2, in a non-league game.
The Ridgerunners (4-7) will now prepare for their game against Verdigris (Claremore, OK). The Cardinals go into the non-league game with a 8-5 record. In their last game, Verdigris was edged by Dewey (Dewey, OK), 4-2, in a league match.
