In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Pendleton County Wildcat baseball team scored a tight 14-10 victory over the Bluefield Beavers.
The Wildcat (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Greater Beckley Christian (Prosperity, WV). The Crusaders go into the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Greater Beckley Christian was overwhelmed by PikeView (Princeton, WV), 8-1, in a non-league game.
The Beavers (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Keyser (Keyser, WV). The Golden Tornado go into the non-league game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, Keyser tipped St. Albans (St. Albans, WV), 5-2, in a non-league game.
