In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Coalgate Wildcats baseball team scored a tight 13-9 victory over the Boswell Scorpions.
The Wildcats (14-2) will now prepare for their game against Dickson (Ardmore, OK). The Comets go into the non-league game with a 1-9 record. In their last game, Dickson was overwhelmed by Sulphur (Sulphur, OK), 17-1, in a league game.
The Scorpions (6-4) will now prepare for their game against Achille (Achille, OK). The Golden Eagles go into the Bryan County game with a 5-8 record. In their last game, Achille was overwhelmed by Wynnewood (Wynnewood, OK), 4-2, in a non-league game.
